Opened 130 room all suites extended stay property (Houston, TX), managed conversion of same to mainstream, limited service, all suites property. Managed 159-room tourist destination property, (Branson, MO) only two years old, achieved 100% occupancy increase in each month on property. Prime Hospitality, Houston , TX . October, 1997-May, 2000
Recruited to open 130 room, all suite property in Houston Medical Center. Responsible for over-all project management, coordination of pre-opening processes, liaison to contractors, and recruitment, hiring and training of entire staff.
Designed and implemented advance marketing program resulting in extremely s uccessful ramp-up, achieved occupancy index of 117% by end of six months.
Involved in conversion of property from extended stay to mainstream limited service, including name change, brand conversion, implementation of new services, etc.
Recognized for outstanding by Prime Hospitality and Wellesley Inn & Suites chain, resulting in annual awards for "Highest RevPAR" and "Highest Profitability."

Recruited maximize market share and revenues for under-performing new property (18 months old). Developed innovative marketing plan for target markets. Organized Group Sales, developed tracking systems for trends, cancellations, etc. Increased monthly occupancy and revenues by more than 100% over previous year, each month. Established new accounts.
